What kind of church is Silver Creek Church?
Silver Creek Church is a place where anyone can feel at home, from those who have never attended church before to those who have attended church their entire lives. The church has a relational quality about it and engages in a contemporary style of worship that focuses on celebration. The atmosphere is bright and energetic and worshippers are encouraged to participate through singing and clapping. Preaching is an important part of the worship gathering and is based in Scripture and endeavors to be relevant and applicable to the lives of those who hear it.
The vision of Silver Creek Church is “Taking the Church to the Community”. The church believes that it is God’s desire that we take the ministry of the church to those who may never attend a worship service. The church must seek to meet the physical and spiritual needs of those within our community.
Silver Creek Church is affiliated with the Assemblies of God. The Assemblies of God was founded in1914. Does the church offer services designed specifically for children?
Absolutely! All children are invited to our safe and age-appropriate Children's Church and Nursery ministries. These ministries are located in the east wing of the building. Please ask one of our greeters or ushers for any assistance that may be needed.
